Casual Staff Needed.....

This week we have been plotting....Ice Palaces', Pirates and Las Vegas!

The designs are well and truly under way for our Ice Palace Entrance.  Snowdrifts, lighting effects, icicles and sparkle are all elements that will add glitz and magic to our Winter Wonderland.  We have metres and metres of soft white carpet to purchase, magical Stilt-Walking Ice Pixies to awaken and snow and ice to keep frozen!

We also have more Pirate theming to design and make, more glamorous Vegas props to add to the collection and even more ostrich feathers to pluck (only kidding - buy!) for our white feather plume table centre pieces. If only Santa Claus and his elves were free to help out at Steel City this Christmas!!

TIGI Hair Care Product Launch!

What other way to launch a candy inspired new product than to transform your sales meeting into a Willy Wonka candy heaven.  This is just what TIGI Hair Care had in mind when they came with us their brief.  Their main aim was to create a buzz and get their sales team excited about the new product.

Held in the stunning Cafe de Paris in Central London, we transformed the venue with our giant candy canes, giant liquorice allsorts and giant lollipops.  We brought our Oompa Loompas along and created rather stylish fish bowls filled with endless sweets and treats. 

Our newest addition to the prop room are our fantastic liquorice allsorts - think bright, funky and eye catching (it's just a shame they're not edible!!)

Other recent event news is our brand spanking new Pirate theme - we took a hint of it to Plymouth last weekend, creating a boat themed entrance, and hanging our rather sinister pirate from their stage set.  We have a large Pirate themed event coming up at Christmas so this was a good test run for that.

A Winter Wonderland......

Winter Wonderland I hear you say!!!! But it's only October........

For several months now we have been quoting for and preparing our Winter Wonderland theming for the run of Christmas parties in December, the most popular theme by far at this time of the year.  We have some great new and innovative ideas to make the theme new, fresh and utterly gorgeous!  

For the last few months we have been expanding our range of illuminated furniture and feature pieces which has paid off massively as they are perfect in every way for this theme.  Striking tubes of blue light, bright and icy poseur tables and ice cube seating are amongst the props we have on offer.  Clusters of large stalagmites, walls of ice effect backdrops and lots and lots of room lighting.  Our fabulous Ice Palace Entrance will also be making it's very first appearance in a few weeks time.

We work with some stunning Ice Pixies too, which really enhance the theme creating magic and wonder throughout the venue.

Bringing Las Vegas to Sheffield......

Since our Lanuch event we have been very busy producing outstanding events for a range of companies and private parties.  September really has been a busy month and October is already flowing nicely!

We took 007 to Southampton recently for a glamourous ball for 500 guests and created a Wonderland for Alice in Nottingham.  Last weekend we brought Las Vegas to Sheffield after one of our bride and grooms wanted a themed after party following their wedding in Vegas and this weekend its all about Willy Wonka again....we're currently building some giant Liquorice Allsorts!! A small but fabulous casino evening at Aston Hotel in Sheffield last night along with a 21st birthday party in the city centre kept us busy until the wee hours.

Pirates of the Caribbean is the main focus next week, complete with hanging pirates, old rowing boats and canons.  Ahoy there!!!
