It’s been an inspiring week of events here at SCP HQ. We’ve travelled far and wide as far down to
Surrey and as far North as the Scottish Highlands! We were part of a great
James Bond themed event a couple of weeks ago – we took so much of our theming
to deck out the marquee and five of our Casino Tables to ensure all the guests
were entertained! Everyone had so much fun that the party didn’t stop until
5am!
We’ve added to our stock of James Bond theming too – we’ve
managed to acquire our very own Golden Guns! They are fabulous; perfect for an
entrance, a feature or either side of a stage area and they create the ultimate
photo opportunity! Here they are in
action in Surrey!
We’ve been doing a lot of ‘dry hire’ lately – this involves
collecting from our warehouse and returning after your event. A great idea if
you need theming, props or general event dressing on a budget! We’ve got a
whole range of different lighting, props, draping kits and those little event extras and we can either deliver to you at your venue or you can come and
collect from us!
On a slight side-line but a must mention: A wedding at a
Brewery in the Scottish Highlands proved an epic event from start to
finish. Starting completely from scratch
with the event essentials such as catering, tables, a bar etc. to the finishing
touches that made the wedding so personal, the wedding was set up like a
festival and the guests sure knew how to party! Credit to the Bride and Groom
who proved that an event really can be held anywhere of your choosing and even
the most rustic of venues can be transformed into something really quite
magical!
