What a January!! Hollywood, Bonds, more Bonds, more Hollywood and
a Roaring 1920’s thrown in to the mix! So, let me tell you about a great job we
did last weekend for the Army Boys of Warminster…
An early start (knee deep in snow), an extremely full van
and three eager guys headed off on the 5 hour trek to the South! After
attending a site visit for this event before Christmas, we had a jolly good
idea of what was needed to transform an everyday mess room into a glamorous
James Bond extravaganza! We packed heaps of star cloth and lighting; we had gorgeous
linen and themed table centres; and we had an abundance of great entertainment
(although the show girls didn’t come on the back of the van – that would be
weird!)
This is a before and after shot taken of three different
areas of the event…hope you like!
We went back to clear away at 7am on the Sunday morning as
it was due to be a rather late finish to be greeted by a couple of hard-core
party goers still at it!
So this weekend sees us back in the Wild West – a great
theme that has been shelved for a while! There is definitely a trending element
to the events world…last year we were all about the 007 (and its set to
continue by the looks of it!) and this year is looking big for the fabulous
Masquerade Ball! As things change, we’ll keep you updated on what’s popular and
what’s up and coming!
